Development of optoelectronics materials based on polymer nano-sheets

研究の背景 Background


Polymer materials have great potential to realize light-weight and flexible optoelectronic devices. These polymer-based optoelectronic devices are promising component of the forthcoming wearable computers. Besides, these devices attracted great interest due to its energy-saving fabrication through room-temperature and ambient-pressure conditions.

研究の目標 Outcome


Bottom-up nanoassembly techniques such as Langmuir-Blodgett technique are employed for the precise assembly of π- conjugated and organic-inorganic hybrid polymer materials. Furthermore, the properties of these assembly are studied by time-resolved spectroscopy and device analysis techniques.
